The hospitality and event programs we offer at Cedar Valley, Daycholah Center, Moon Beach depend on finding passionate and caring people who thrive in a growth environment. The UCCI team brings hospitality to life by providing outstanding service to our guests! Everything we do is focused on providing the best experience for our guests. 

Year-round, we have great opportunities for full-time, part-time, and flexible team members. Each summer, there are a variety of needs and positions for seasonal team members. Daycholah Center Openings – Apply Now!

Cook – Looking for an experienced Cook to round out our summer Kitchen team! Mid-June through mid-August, 10-13 weeks of employment depending on availability. Full or part-time, flexible schedule between 7am-7pm, No Saturdays. The only meal served on Sunday is dinner. Up to $17/hour BOE. Live on-site options are available, and all meals are provided. Come be part of the inclusive, talented, and fun Daycholah team!

Cabin Counselor – Live on-site from mid-June through mid-August. Spend your summer having adventures at camp with youth! Wages start at $300/week.

Lifeguard – This is a mid-June through mid-August live-on or off-site position. Spend your summer on beautiful Green Lake swimming, sailing, kayaking, fishing, and keeping campers safe! We provide certification, room and board, and an incredible lake to play in!

Waterfront Manager –Full-time, live on or off-site, mid-June through mid-August. Main duties include managing the waterfront including all lifeguard staff, waterfront activities, sailing, and boating of all kids. Must be Red Cross lifeguard certified and have proven waterfront expertise.

Guest Services Assistant (ages 18+) – Full-time, live on-site from June-August. Spend your summer working in the kitchen, assisting with maintenance and facility upkeep, and providing housekeeping support. Whatever your passions are, we have a place for you as a Daycholah Guest Services Assistant this summer.

Guest Services Assistant (Under 18, cannot live on-site) – Part-time, flexible hours varying between 1st and 2nd shifts. Includes weekends and some holidays. Main duties include turning over guest rooms, serving meals, dishwashing, and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining hall. Can run year-round.

Moon Beach Summer Staff – Apply now! 

Cook – Looking for a part-time breakfast Cook for the summer months of June-August. Live on or off-site at beautiful Moon Beach and be part of the talented, diverse, and family-oriented summer team! Must have experience cooking breakfast for large groups, including tailoring meals to accommodate special diets. Shift will be roughly 6:30am-1:00pm. 

Seasonal Guest Services – Join our summer staff family and live on-site from June-August. Spend your summer working in the kitchen, assisting with maintenance and facility upkeep, providing housekeeping support, working the waterfront, and enjoying time with guests. Be part of a diverse team of students from the US and Mexico and experience the perfect quintessential summer camp experience!

Lifeguard – This is a mid-June through mid-August live-on or off-site position. Spend your summer in the beautiful Northwoods on Moon Lake. Supervise swimming, sailing, kayaking, fishing, and keeping campers safe!  We provide certification, room and board, and an incredible lake to play in!
