Autumn Labyrinth Retreat

Walking a labyrinth quiets the mind, opens the heart, and grounds the body. It is a walking meditation and a path of prayer that can help you uncover answers to long-asked questions, and find healing, creativity, and a sense of wholeness.

Would you like to know more and experience this body-mind-spirit integrated practice? Join us October 6-8 at Daycholah Center for our Autumn Labyrinth Retreat. We will walk the outdoor, 7-circuit classical labyrinth and our indoor 11-circuit Chartres (Medieval) labyrinth in the chapel. Join us for this contemplative and connected weekend.

We are honored to have Rev. Dr. Martha Brunell lead this retreat! Martha is an accredited advanced practice labyrinth facilitator with a broad background in ministry as a UCC pastor, adjunct faculty member at Eden Theological Seminary and Aquinas Institute of Theology, non-profit administrator, spiritual director, grief educator, a SoulCollage® facilitator, and a Forest Therapy Guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. She sometimes describes herself as living at the crossroads of spirituality and the earth.
