Upper Chickadee has a bathroom (with a tub/shower), sitting room and 4 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed, 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, and 1 bedroom with 1 twin(up) and 1 queen(down) bunk bed.

Lower Chickadee has a bathroom (with a tub), living room and 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 bedroom with 1 twin bunk and 1 twin bed.

In total, there are 4 queen beds, 6 twin beds.
