Program and Hospitality Manager
Working at Camp is so much more than just a job…read what past staffers have to say:
“Working at camp offers me a place to experience great personal growth while also directly impacting the growth of all the people that I encounter throughout the summer.” – Maddie
“Working at camp has allowed me to grow as an individual and leader, as well as learn what it means to be a role model for the next generation. While it may just seem like a summer job, I’ve made lasting friendships with people around the world, gained practical skills I use nearly everyday, and learned that working can actually be fun.” – Mitch
“Working at camp was a life-altering experience that started the day I began working at camp and continues to affect me today. Working at camp taught me a lot about patience, responsibility, as well as friendship, love, and acceptance. Likewise, I was able to influence the minds of people who were willing to listen to me-no matter what their age or relationship to me. People live together, learn together, laugh together, cry together, and-most importantly-grow together at camp. I never thought I would work at a summer camp, but because I did I have forever memories that I will cherish long after my time at Pilgrim Center is over.” – Kendall
“Working at camp is one of the best times of my life. Getting to spend the summer with so many different kids and adults who come from so many different backgrounds. It truly changes my life. Also bonding with other staff it really feels like a family away from home. I wouldn’t trade working at camp for anything else.” -Olivia
