Making Camp Accessible to All
Our financial assistance options are here to ensure that families and kids get a chance at an amazing summer camp adventure, regardless of financial hurdles. Like a personal flotation device, we’ve got you, making sure your camper can dive into all the fun, friendships, and adventures without stressing about the cost. At Camp Daycholah, we believe in a ‘no barriers’ experience!
Scholarships
All campers are eligible to receive scholarship awards to help offset the cost of camp. Awards are made based on your application as well as how many total applications we receive. Typically a scholarship will cover at least half of the registration fee and in some cases up to 100% of the fee. To be considered for a scholarship, APPLY NOW. For summer sessions, please submit your application by May 15.

Next Generation Camper Discount
This special incentive is designed to break down financial barriers, ensuring that the joy of camp is passed on to the next generation. The Next Generation Camper discount offers a $100 discount to those signing up for Family Camp and & Me sessions at Daycholah Center. This incentive is available to the first 70 families to register or until April 30, 2024–whichever comes first.
This initiative is available thanks to a generous grant from the Empowering Rural Communities within the Chilton Area Community Foundation.

Camp Daycholah Youth Discount
Introducing the Camp Daycholah Youth Discount—a special opportunity to bring the magic of camp to every child, especially those who need it most. Our Youth Discount offers a $70 discount on full-week sessions and a $35 discount on Mini Week sessions. Let’s make camp dreams come true for every kid!
This incentive is available to the first 100 youth participants or until April 30, 2024–whichever comes first.

Partner Support
Many of our partner churches also provide scholarship money, and we encourage you to reach out to your Youth Coordinator or Pastor to ask about what may be available to you. Scholarships are available because of the generosity of our donors.
Installment Payment Options
New this year is the option to pay in installments. This option is part of the forms to complete during registration. Look for the form titled “Financial Assistance.”
Discounts are requested and applied inside of the registration system.
Deposit amounts are not reduced by discounts.
Scholarships, discounts, and installment payments may all be applied to the same registration!
