Welcome to The Log House, a charming piece of living history nestled in a serene setting with breathtaking views! This historic log house, estimated to have been built in 1873 according to township records, offers a unique blend of authenticity and modern comfort.

This lovingly cared-for log house boasts period details that will delight history lovers. The space has been thoughtfully updated to ensure a comfortable stay, including temperature control with both heating and air-conditioning.

Accommodating up to 15 guests, The Log House features one master bedroom and three additional bedrooms with a mix of twin and queen beds. Each room is tastefully appointed with a nod to its historic roots.

The heart of the home is its full kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare meals for your group. Gather around the dining table with place settings for up to 15 guests, perfect for enjoying meals together.

Outside, unwind on the patio with sweeping views of rolling hills and a picturesque llama pasture. Fire up the grill for a barbecue and enjoy al fresco dining amidst the tranquil surroundings. Amenities and Grounds

Amenities include linens, towels, hair dryer, TV, and WiFi internet. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker with pods, and plenty of dishes, utensils, and serving ware.

Guests also have access to the 100-acre property with walking trails, a pond, a labyrinth, a covered bridge, wildlife, Spirit Chapel, a fire pit, and more. Area interests include the Northern Unit of the Kettle Moraine State Forest, the Ice Age Trail, historic and charming downtown West Bend, WI, and the Museum of Wisconsin Art.

The Log House is not an event space–only registered guests may be on the property during your stay.
